Larry the Cat

Number 10's Number 1 rat catcher.

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

In charge of the country whilst DC's in Egypt. Clegg... bowl of milk... now!

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

What a weekend... morning all!

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

@PonderousPubes @TheRealNatalija I'm in charge whenever DC pops out. The only thing Clegg is in charge of is food and littering duties.

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

@The_Mole_UK No. But I was quite surprised that they let me claim for cat nip.

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

*yawn* Morning folks.

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

Still at work. Clegg clocked out a few hours back. Pickles has fallen asleep on the sofa. OMG he is actually grunt-snoring...

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

I'm exemplifying the Big Society by catching rats for free. Well, besides food, accommodation, my six-figure salary...

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

Holy crap, that was a proper boozy welcome lunch. Too much champagne. Naptime for moi.

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

@tellingtales Why thank you. :)

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

I was wondering whether I'm technically the First Pussy of the United Kingdom. But then realised that's still Clegg.

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

I just shat in Nick Clegg's shoes in solidarity with students everywhere.

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

Really sorry for mauling @lucymanning earlier. I genuinely thought it was Kay Burley.

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

@GemzyMcM Yup, inflation. But the press love cute furry animals... oh yes they do!

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

@DMReporter That's bollocks. In terms of government structure, I'm actually more senior than Clegg.

[UK Prime Minister @10DowningStreet]

New Downing Street cat, Larry, on the stairs at Number 10: http://flic.kr/p/9iEmjY

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

Clegg's just turned up for work. He's in early today.

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

Eric Pickles is here. I hate the way he stares at me as if I'm the entrée course.

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

@christopherward Not really. Most of them were already dead.

[Patrick Strudwick @PatrickStrud]

Larry the Cat is following me on Twitter! Here kitty kitty, let me just put this tiny microphone onto your collar. There. Come again soon.

[Larry the Cat @LarryNo10]

Just done Coulson's old office... feel absolutely stuffed!
