@schoolbusmgr We have a ‘Celebrate School Lunches Day’ (we are an infant school). All children must order a lunch to try (menu changed to the most popular options). They can still bring a packed lunch but we encourage them to try a school meal too

Whenever you return to school, please bear in mind that you may not know what your colleagues have experienced during the summer. As well as being mindful of the children be mindful of them too. I say this as someone whose world has completely fallen apart.

@awnorthumbria @TheVirginHeadt1 I read this too, only have to isolate whilst waiting for a PCR result if they have symptoms. It’s not mandatory that close contacts have a PCR just recommended so can’t enforce isolation whilst waiting
