@RoyalMail I re-rodered my parcel to be delivered yesterday and it has still not arrived. I have DM'd you, please could you find out where it is. This is very frustrating that it has almost been a month.

@RoyalMail I have a parcel that was expected to arrive on May 4th 2018. On the online tracking system it arrived in customs on May 3rd however, since then it has not moved . Please clarify why I am not in receipt of my goods and expedite my parcel immediately.
