Hi @MonsoonUK - I am trying to complete an online return and only have of the items in my package are saying they can be returned. There is nothing on the website that suggests they cannot be returned at all. Can you please help?

@skytv Arranged home move in November, received disgraceful service and had to chase endlessly I finally got Broadband last week & the best possible offer to close my complaint is a ยฃ6 discount to match the price I was already on and a ยฃ15 credit. Thatโs how you treat a #skyvip?
