@Volitz_ @vxunderground It's a technical limitation. Amber Alerts use wireless emergency alerts, which alert via Cell Broadcast. Cell Broadcast (SMS-CB) sends the alert to all devices connected to the radio cell. Different to SMS, devices don't acknowledge the message and the cell doesn't need numbers
