@HM_Passport more days pass & no joy.Progress and upgrade departments supposed to call us,still haven't.However,somebody called today not knowing why they were calling,just had a message to call us!We asked to speak to progress or upgrade,not possible!! Really!

@HM_Passport another day on the phone,different anwers again,still no call back from progress team or upgrade team.Another day seeing posts where people who applied weeks after have got their pp back.Our application in 'processing' for weeks,help! Urgent now.
