At the Eighth GEF Assembly in Samarkand, Uzbekistan, the ICCF Group and Legal Atlas presented lessons learned and recommendations from the project “Policy Coherence for Global Environmental Benefits” with the Global Environment Facility and UNEP. The session brought together representatives of GEF agencies, national governments, international organizations, NGOs, and technical partners to discuss best practices emerging from pilot work carried out in Colombia, Mongolia, and Zambia between 2024 and 2026, and to encourage participants to apply these insights in the design of future projects and national reforms.
