@ModernWarzone @KoldemS It absolutely does matter. As a MnK player, I'm not complaining as much about AA these days, so IMO it's in a pretty good spot. But there is still a huge difference in player ability to abuse AA between the top 2-5% and everyone else, and those at the top are still superhuman.

Given the equipment he's wearing, I assume a visit to the decompression chamber was planned. He was probably at a depth where in-water decompression wasn't feasible.

She is either intentionally misleading or an incompetent bureaucrat who doesn't consider the importance of word selection.

In reality, 258M people are not doing Fentanyl or drugs laced with Fentanyl. This effort probably HAS saved lives and that is good, but it did not save 258M lives.
