@SteveMadden worst customer service & return process ever!! 2+ weeks to handle 2 simple returns. Seems “scammy” make someone jump through so many hoops they give up or the return window closes. Over and over told return label would be emailed & told I didn’t check spam/junk 😡

I consider it an epic fail when @Delta makes me hate check my bag when I have a tight connection and there are still 35 THIRTY FIVE bin spaces- no wonder I don’t fly Delta….

@MarriottBonvoy Why does it take more than 3 visits to the front desk to get parking charges removed from my bill. I told them at check in I didn’t have a car. Just received a 3rd incorrect bill. Epic fail on service!! 😡 still unresolved what will it take? Now I am on my way home, how many hours on hold will it take?

@WASBWI just wanted to give a shout out to Nick who came through for us!!! We had a colleague fall ill who was presenting and Nick printed out the presentation so we could pinch hit for our fallen colleague 💪🏼 thanks Nick!!!!

@Uber_Support what do I do when a driver claims I was not wearing a mask I DEFINITELY was. I am in Chicago for a medical trade show and I have not taken an Uber without 3 colleagues and we were all wearing masks. If it was tonight the driver cancelled I never saw the driver
