@VodafoneUK I have an account with yourselves but there’s a 2nd account on my credit file with Equifax that I know nothing about. Equifax are having difficulty in obtaining more information from you. I only have last 4 digits of account number

@TalkTalk engineer fits router in random position on wall, will cost £135 to have it moved to better position even though it’s clearly stretched cables and a bit of an eyesore. Chat says it’ll take construction work to move (2feet at most)

@TalkTalk when does the refer a friend payout? When initially signed up in December, it was 60 days. When we got to 60 days, it was changed to 120. Nearly 120 days, will it increase to 180? Why offer when not prepared to stick with offer?
@BritishGasHelp major issues trying to sort out over estimated bills because meter was not providing reads. Finally get it sorted, pay on 03.04.25, but BG update Experian on 06.04.25 stating that I’m late with 2 payments! Costs me £15 to see who puts that negative on my file
@BritishGasHelp Thanks. I transferred to alternative supplier but should still have 7 day to go on but bill has not been revised and I really can’t sit waiting on chat while I’ll 80th in the queue! Also my home care account login has been removed!
@BritishGasHelp quite concerned that the elec meter was broken in new house, took weeks to get fixed - how do you work out the start meter read and end meter read for when it was replaced, no actual reads but 2 bills generated?
@santanderukhelp I couldn’t make any direct payments out of Santander, I was trying to transfer funds to my other account to enable a purchase with discount that was linked to that external account. Had to pay with my Santander card but lost the discount
@santanderukhelp payments were still unable to be made until at least 8pm. Couldn’t transfer funds to another account outside Santander and lost discount on large purchase :(
