Our Gala consisted of a delicious BBQ buffet accompanied by a pianist and violinist, followed by our poster presenter awards!

We finished the evening with a photobooth and full dance floor thanks to our DJ and saxophonist!

We show different mechanisms of Polθ inhibitor sensitivity in BRCA1- vs 53BP1-deficient conditions. Survival of BRCA1-deficient cells treated with Polθ inhibitor are not restored by RAD52 suppression, and gap-filling is prevented by the chemically inhibited polymerase itself.
