Liberty for Turkish Students is an association founded in 2021 by former cadets to be the voice of the unlawfully imprisoned cadets in Turkey since July 15,2016
60 air cadets were given life imprisonment or aggravated sentences two days ago. They were 21 when the prosecutors laid bogus charges.
21-year-old cadets…
It has been six years…

Have you known that 17 air cadets were given 4-time life sentences for “murder” in the Orhanli Tollgate coup attempt file despite the clear ballistic evidence?

RELEASE!!!
After spending six years in jail despite their innocence, 66 of our friends were finally released last night.
We expect and demand immediate release of the rest of the students from the authorities as their innocence is as clear as day.
Military students have been given life sentences in Turkey following the alleged coup attempt in 2016.
They face unjust treatment and bogus charges. They are innocent but still in prison. @HRWcanada@amnesty

What’s happening in Silivri?
The cadets who have been in prison for more than 5 years, in vain, have no access to hot water and proper heating system in their wards in these harsh cold conditions.
Stand with them against such cruel treatments.

One cannot stand being stuck at home, furnished with all communication/entertainment tools, even for a couple of days.
Our friends are forced to spend every second of their lives for more than five years in prison despite their innocence.
We want justice and we want it now!
Since 2016, military students have been living in terrible prison conditions while many were subjected to torture and ill-treatment. We must not ignore the living conditions and human rights violations in the prison, which are especially aggravated by the conditions of Covid-19.
355 STUDENTS HAVE BEEN GIVEN LIFE SENTENCES...
Many of them have been kept in prison for 5 years now...
WE DON'T NEED YOUR SUPPORT TOMORROW!
WE DON'T WANT YOUR SUPPORT TOMORROW!
YOU BETTER SPEAK NOW OR SHUT UP FOREVER...
ENOUGH OF THIS INJUSTICE,
WE, STUDENTS, WANT JUSTICE!
