@thamesclippers So was it running from North Greenwich? This is the 8.18 from Canary Wharf and hasn’t shown up, but there is nothing on the sign about delays. Is it coming, or do I need to divert my commute?

@thamesclippers Update - the 8.27 never arrived. The 8.47 is here now. There’s a kid in a wheelchair in 1 degree weather who has been waiting for a boat that was never coming even though it was showing on time. You need to do better.

@thamesclippers It’s really unacceptable to have incorrect information showing on the app and on the pier departure board, and this happens all the time. We know you have accurate tracking info as the staff app uses it. Why can’t you put that on the customer app?

@thamesclippers Is this cancelled, or suspended with delays? There’s no staff at the CW pier, the overhead sign shows cancelled but I can see a boat on the horizon?

@thamesclippers Where is the 7.35 from Canary Wharf? The ticket boards aren’t working and the there’s no sign of it.

@thamesclippers Hello - the problem isn’t the delay, we all understand delays are unavoidable sometimes. The issue is the lack of information. The display board at Canary Wharf pier is up on the path, so you can’t see it when you’re waiting for boat and app doesn’t show live info.

@GWRHelp On the 10.53 from Padd, I was one of the 1st on the train and sat in a green unreserved seat. Few mins later all the seat lights came on. By this time train was heaving and now I’ll have to stand for an hour. Can the reservations be loaded before passengers, please?!

@LNER On the LGX to London that’s been diverted to York (totally understand why!) - can I get any train from York to Leeds or will only certain providers be accepting the ticket?
