Santander blocked my mums internet banking for over 2 weeks now after she tried to send a payment to me-her daughter 😂 No update of when they will resolve it. Stopping all her cheques and she can’t even log on to look at her own balance. Are they going bust?

@krisfade Agree. I’m a PT, I eat veggies and protein as 80% of my diet, I workout 4-6 times a week and I move often daily. I had a McDonald’s Tuesday for lunch! For dinner I had a veggie filled Mexican bowl - balancing it out and being realistic! Healthy people don’t live on salad!

I get home today to find that the dryer we ordered last night from @AceHardware has been cancelled as it’s out of stock. No indication of this on the website, no alternative offer and to top it off, they won’t refund us for 3 weeks?! Anyone know how we can escalate this further?
