@Specsavers how can i make a complaint? your staff shouldn’t be pressuring customers to buy more expensive glasses especially when they could have disablities
@Specsavers@Autism@Specsavers May I speak to someone regarding this matter as I’m severely disappointed. I also told the person I wanted the cheaper pair but i got pressured into buying the more expensive ones. Feels like you’re selling me glasses
@Specsavers@Specsavers as an autistic person who has that on their records, don’t feel comfortable using specsavers again. making a pressure on money is bad enough anyways let alone to someone on the spectrum
