So tired and sore after the first night of Glastonbury. Didn’t get to sleep until gone 2am after watching the headliner. Feel like I need a week to recover and it was only the first night. Not sure how I’m going to get through another day of it but it’s a great atmosphere so we go again!
Quite relieved I’m only watching it on the telly.
📢Our enforcement capacity is set to be trebled, following an £11.3m funding increase from @hmtreasury.

If some business leaders focussed more on the values by which the company was run, rather than the monetary value of the company, they would ironically create more monetary value. More values equals more value.

Tonight is the last Gardeners World of this series (although there will be a special winter mini series every Friday night in December). It is on BBC2 at NINE pm and it is very, very good.
Here's the paper on how leaders can enable change written by @gagenmac. The theme is "the three things that change everything": 1) Telling a compelling story 2) Developing committed leaders 3) Creating an intentional roadmap rather than a project plan: https://t.co/U9l9Q5Lc5h

In response to the latest releases from @HealthFdn and @skillsforcare we are concerned that the issues of the #socialcare sector are going unrecognised and not enough action is being taken at a quick enough rate to alleviate serious and growing pressures.
@RuthMGee My rule has always been don’t iron anything that won’t be seen by general public. At times that extends further to buying things that the creases drop out of - to avoid ironing completely. I have no shame there.
You can't change the culture of an organisation by making a rational plan for it, or by declaring it or by restructuring. The only way to change culture is to change the way people work with each other over time. Think many small changes: https://t.co/afaLvzrQKe Via @stratandbiz
