@jonhagedornmd Depends on who’s asking. Patients don’t want slogans. Concrete suggestions tuned to patient specifics. Drop BMI, it’s not useful. “Healthy weight” is less of a one-size-fits-all approach.

@lizmizerik Metabolic testing in the setting of active illness/sequelae can be quite a bit more informative than a normal NBS when baby was apparently asymptomatic. Additionally, not all states do two NBS screens. Can also be helpful with VUS. #onceametabolicGCalwaysametabolicGC 😁

@PennWilliams2 @chuckkatz13 @JohnFetterman Sure you can. I’m not “pro-colonoscopy” or “pro-cardiac catherization” or “pro-wart removal”. These are medical procedures. It’s not necessary to be “pro-“ anything. Better to call anti-abortion what is really is: forced birth.
