@JoinCrowdHealth Is that so? I travel a lot for work and the company pays for it. As long as I don't buy 1st class, I can buy what I want. I still shop for the best price.
I also have a high deductible plan and pay OOP for 99% of my care- but hardly ever shop around.
Wonder what the dif is ...
@GracchiSimp@tomboy_inc@ContraPoints Is it better than providing credence to the 'democrats are corrupt' talking points that keep people like my parents voting for Rs they disagree with?
@JonahDispatch Years ago, I had some friends bring it up as something they were thinking about in considering whether to have kids (along with other concerns about the modern world). They went on to have twins though.
This is such a magical creation, and the scenes were crafted with such love. You can tell that the people who created them were sharing what they remembered about living through those times. I can only hope this remake has a tenth of the soul in it.
NEW: Carousel of Progress will close at the end of the day on July 5 for a major update featuring new scenes inspired by the 60s, 80s, 2000 and a distant future. But the iconic song, the story of progress, Rover and the family are all staying.

@nealgetz@JonahDispatch THATS THE PROBLEM! There's tons of of resources on how to cook fancy recipes from experienced chefs that take forever. There are far fewer resources for I just need something in my stomach and almost none aimed at young, single people who have a far different economic tradeoff.
Is anyone tracking AI slop trends? They're so interesting to me!
We seem to have moved on from toddler & golden retriever in the corner to toddler running up and hugging soldier standing at attention.
@AlightSolutions I'm on my 5th attempt to log into your site. I'm using my correct ID and password.
Eventually, not having done anything different I will get logged. Why? No clue. I just go through this PITA ritual several times a month.
I hate you.
@atxguy1839@mattyglesias@jameshohmann If only 3,400 people - ever- have reached billionaire status, what makes you think its achievable for a normal person?
BTW, love how this OpEd casually dropped a data point proving the opposite of what it was trying to say.
