Seen a few tweets from people recently saying stuff like “nobody cares that you did a home workout” and you know what? That’s bollocks. There’s nothing wrong with being proud that you’re attempting to live a healthy lifestyle.
On Saturday I’ll be joining my great friend @LittleJNeary who is fundraising for the Health Tree Foundation. She’s hosting an online marathon workout every hour on the hour from 10am for 7 hours!

Got a whole new routine you’re trying to get your head around? Try some of these in your ‘new’ day:
1. Meditate as soon as you get up
2. Create a relaxation station (away from where you work)
3. Exercise, it feels good
4. Embrace nature when possible
5. Practice positivity
People may believe self-care is bubble baths, reading books & meditating, and it can still be those things.
But sometimes it’s also saying no to someone or thing. It’s making tough choices, often feeling worse before feeling better. There are different versions of self-care.

Not going to make I know politics that well, but find this super interesting.
Everything she said hits home about how we should want to see our government run. Also the NHS has been instrumental in my families health in the last year it’s time to make a change and save it.
The year is 2192. The British Prime Minister visits Brussels to ask for an extension of the Brexit deadline. No one remembers where this tradition originated, but every year it attracts many tourists from all over the world.
