@easyJet So just to be clear - if my parent has 5 days to live, but isn't yet dead, and isn't on the booking, Easyjet won't consider a refund or a voucher for me because I can't travel as need to be at the hospital? Extraordinary behaviour. @SimonCalder thoughts?
