@STN_Airport any chance of getting our luggage? We’re the (delayed then) diverted Tui flight from Corfu to Birmingham. We got off the plane at 1830h and it’s now 2040h! Perhaps our flight’s luggage should be prioritised given we’ve been waiting over 2h. Please respond. @TUIUK

@PANDORA_Corp what a con your “10% off for new members” on your website -when it’s free delivery over £75 & you’re counting that as an offer I’ve already applied & I can’t change to the 10% off! You may as well not even pretend to offer the 10% off. Disappointed.

@sainsburys I’m having the same problem as other people - I’ve booked a Christmas delivery slot for 23 Dec but it then shows up as 23 Oct. Please reply so this can be sorted out asap.

@thetrainpal - persistent issues Ive got with not being able to reset my password are getting ridiculous & means my account is insecure. I need a solution by tmrw. You have all our email correspondence. I’ll have to suggest the @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis no longer recommend u.

@trainpal_go your app wont let me reset my password & I really need to. I keep getting “oops something went wrong try again later” even if I get past verification code, & sliding bar, then the picture thing won’t work. But the message appears many times at each step. Help pls!
