@MisterPrice @Flight_Refunds @TUIUK We were 1 June too cancelled, rang them on day 15 to be told booking is still live and active (as if we had been and come home- I just knew it) so the girl got her manager to authorise it being cancelled off the system and got the money back today. May be worth a try

TUI and EASY JET should have their operators licences revoked they way they have treated passengers at airports ! There is no excuse the people never just turned up ! They knew they were coming and took the money ! They have both gained millions in interest on the money taken 😏
