@SunExpress how can you not load an entire planes luggage at Gatwick and set off to Antalya even though many passengers kept asking ‘is that our luggage’ that we could see from the windows!! I have a 7 month baby and 4 year old, my daughters medication is in 2 of those cases.

@SimonCalder Not easyJet but SunExpress took off on Saturday 4th with no one’s luggage on board, we could all see it sat on the ground from the plane and crew just dismissed us when we asked about it. Children/elderly/people left without medication, airline contact appalling.

@Gatwick_Airport Thanks for your response, odd because the airline we were on were blaming Gatwick for lack of ground staff. Good to know thank you.

@Gatwick_Airport your lack of ground staffing issue needs sorting out. Our flight to Antalya left yesterday without anyones luggage because there was no one to load it. AN ENTIRE PLANE WITH NO LUGGAGE. My 4 yo has medication in those cases, my baby has gone through all nappies.
