Submitted my insurance claim today with Virgin but I’ve heard loads about insurance companies taking ages to reimburse etc.

Hopefully you all get compensated for all the hassle & stress this has caused!

Yeah onthebeach too. Still no response, up to 29 days their reply said.

Suppose we don’t have to buy another case for the clothes we had to buy and add to our expenses!

I think it’s insulting to send the luggage a day or two before coming home! Just send to my address - that’s the least they can do now!!! Why would we want it a day before!?
