Our review on myeloid-targeting therapies in cancer immunotherapy is out in @CIR_AACR ! 🔬
We highlight recent advances, key challenges, and opportunities for translating these tx to the clinic.
Huge thx to @LucasBlch for leading this work and Andrew Mijacika!
Thrilled to share our new publication on the first-in-human phase 1 trial of intratumoral Fc-engineered CD40 agonistic antibody 2141-V11 in metastatic cancer. Over 10 years of preclinical work led to this moment, made possible by an amazing team! 🧵 🪡 https://t.co/Nz3UyjDDuk
Happy to share our latest #review on #neoadjuvantimmunotherapy: an extensive overview of current and emerging data in NSCLC, TNBC, GI + bladder cancers, melanoma and many more: written with close friends and KOLs published today in @NatureCancer@lab_kok

🚨 REVIEW🚨
Vignali & colleagues outline the various contributions of #Tregs to tumour progression & highlight ways in which they represent an attractive #nextgen immunotherapeutic target.

Blanchard and Vina et al. investigated mechanisms by which anti-CTLA-4 mAbs modulate tumor-associated high endothelial venules (TA-HEVs), which are important for supporting lymphocyte entry into tumors. https://t.co/TVzD8c9ZgT @LucasBlch
We have previously shown that TA-HEVs are critical blood vessels that mediate lymphocyte entry into tumors during cancer immunotherapy, which suggested that strategies increasing TA-HEVs could improve treatment efficacy in non-responsive 'cold' tumors.

Check out our latest paper “Differentiation fate of a stem-like CD4 T cell control immunity to cancer”, led by @Maria_Carden1 now live @Nature https://t.co/CrbGlEdQja . This work examines how CD4 T cell differentiation dictates the outcome of the cancer response. Thread below
How do T cells reach melanoma brain tumors?
Using in vivo microscopy, we discovered a new route for T cells to enter the brain via distinct peri-tumoral venous vessels.
Our newest paper is now online @ImmunityCP.
