@BarclaysUKHelp Usual excellent service from you. Once is a ‘glitch’, but 3 times? How do I make a complaint, or is the only option now a letter or by phone?

@BootsHelp How do I complain about a faulty product? The form on your app requests an order number as a mandatory field and I got both in store. I bought a bottle of product in the attached photo, once in March and again in July, and on both, the dispenser has stopped working.

@EE Hi, it’s not inclusive then though if it’s an extra £5 a month. It’s listed under inclusive extras, and £5 a month isn’t inclusive.

@EE why does your Unlimited All Rounder for iPhone plan say it’s £27 with 1 inclusive extra, add on an extra £5 when the extra is added. Inclusive should mean within the £27 should it not?

@bt_uk Why can’t I test my speed on the BT app? Supposed to have 900mbps fibre, but not getting anywhere near that speed. Using supplied BT router and cables.
