I worked with @SueNsibirwa btn 2011-2019 as her supervisor when she headed our marketing function. Not once was she ever apprehended as a suspect in or charged with a criminal offense. In fact, she left two years before me with her record of high integrity & stellar performance. I am certain that her current employer would have done a due diligence before entrusting her with her present role. If what is being said about her now were true it would have come out long ago from more credible sources.

She has held leadership positions in different ecosystems including Software Engineering, Telecommunications Engineering, Digital Skilling, Renewable Energy, Global Supply Chain, and the Green Economy. She also consults on Digital Transformation Programs, enabling inclusion and increased women participation in the Digital Economy. Her diverse experience spans multiple markets across Africa, Asia and Europe with a focus on Business modelling and scalability through strategic partnerships.

She holds a Masters in Business Administration and a Bachelors of Telecommunications Engineering from @Makerere as well as various certifications in Data Analytics.

As a technology professional operating within the realm of corporate governance, Lyllian’s aspiration is to bridge the gap between technological innovation and ethical, transparent business practices. Greatly privileged to have joined the 2025 Journey to the Boardroom (@JTBoardroom) graduation ceremony last week, and what a joyous experience it was to be in their midst.

JTB is a transformative corporate governance program targeting young leaders equipping them with skills to be board ready. It was lovely engaging with this cohort and seeing their excitement and wide awakening to the leadership responsibility they were being groomed for and their readiness to serve.

This year, they celebrated 35 outstanding graduates, including 21 inspiring women who completed intensive training in governance excellence, risk management, finance, stakeholder engagement, and ESG leadership.

Special thanks to @JanetBugembe, the visionary behind this movement, for inviting me to share my leadership journey and for her tireless work in championing a new era of diverse and inclusive leadership. Your passion and drive is truly inspiring.
