@CrossCountryUK I received an email in December to say I had won two 1st class tickets, yet despite several emails chasing this up I have had no response from your customer services, only an acknowledgement to give me a reference. How can it take 5 months to reply to an email!
@TfL is something wrong with the pelican crossings at Cambridge Circus, they are skipping the green phase for pedestrians, so people are just crossing in front of buses which are blaring their horns. No one can cross safely
I don't live near the shop, I was passing through, would cost me more in time and money to go back. How many other customers have you double charged who haven't spotted it. #coopbadcustomerservice#dontshopatcoop#coopadelleeds
Co-op Adel Leeds double charged me on a Β£2 transaction, claimed the duplicate money would be returned to my account, it hasn't been, when I contacted customer services I was told to return to the shop to get a refund! What kind of service is this @coopuk sort your terminals out
@TaylorGrimesDog@Bikery1966 I'm 66 and still cycle to work (on an e bike), I have my bus pass but it's quicker and more convenient to cycle the 7km round trip, and I'm not contributing to pollution and congestion by cycling rather than driving #cycletowork
The @UniversityLeeds is trying to encourage more people to walk & cycle yet this bike shed has been inaccessible for weeks, many people like myself leave our bike locks in the sheds and so now have no means of locking up our bikes. No notice was given of the disruption @UoL_Sus
For anyone who knows the ginnels of Headingley this poetry reading @HeadingleyHEART
this afternoon should be really interesting, with Lucy Newlyn "Her 2005 collection Ginnel focusses on her childhood in Headingley" Also with @RobMilesPoetry & James Nash

It is nice to see Leeds being championed in @guardian@GuardianTravel but Leyla Rose is wrong to refer to the "recent pedestrianisation of its centre". Leeds city centre has been pedestrianised for decades, the main shopping street was pedestrianised in 1993. @LeedsCC_News
What a tour de force to start the autumn season of the @UoLConcerts at lunch time today, an amazing piano performance of Schubert pieces by Ignas Maknickas @IMaknickas at the University of Leeds Clothworkers Centenary Concert Hall which was packed out. #universityofleeds
