@shawnapandya I set myself a goal of starting at 1 1/2 minutes per lap for the first 4 weeks

Then I set myself a goal of 1 minute 15 seconds per lap for weeks 4-8

Then I set myself a goal of 1 minute lap for weeks 9-12

Now I’m trying 45-55 seconds per lap for this week.
