Heads up, growers: Syngenta will stop making Gramoxone by end of June. Supply should cover 2026, but plan now. If you rely on paraquat, check alternative products and read labels closely—use patterns and crop approvals can vary. https://t.co/ds92ZGxwoP

Selecting the right adjuvant and adjuvant rate can be critical to the success or failure of an herbicide. Not using an adjuvant, using the wrong adjuvant, or using an unnecessary adjuvant can be costly due to reduced weed control, crop damage, and/or extra expense over many acres.

Folks often assume #waterhemp escapes are late-emerging. In reality, many were already established but not controlled at POST.
The plants pictured were >4” tall at POST and survived Enlist + Liberty.
Here’s one reason #waterhemp keeps winning:
📸 Drown-out spot in 2024 (left): a few weeds went to seed.
📸 Same spot in 2025 (right): now a heavy waterhemp patch.
In another year, waterhemp will likely take over the entire field and continue to spread to others via harvest, tillage, and planting equipment.
This was preventable. Small effort on these spots in 2024, big ROI in 2025 and beyond: No seed, no weed.
The same applies to infestations along field margins.
