@hedgefundguy3 Depends. Residency ye, location a ve isin tanimina bagli. Ornegin genel cerrahi belki kolayca 500k ya is bulabilir ama bir pediatrist in residency sonrasi fellowship olmadan bu miktarlara ulasmasi zor. 500-600k ortalama residency sonrasi maas icin fazla iyimser.

@ghoulyasmine1 @Andresangel3 #1 is high-power image of the glands at the bottom. To call dysplasia atypia should extend to the surface. There are cases that you can have deep crypt dysplasia however for this particular case there is maturation so for me negative for dysplasia.

Somatostatinoma (Psammomatous)
-May cause DM, steatorrhea or cholelithiasis
-Somatostatin stain diffusely positive
-Some tumors stain for somatostatin by IHC do not produce somatostatinoma syndrome, so it may not be qualify to be diagnosed as such clinically
