@jayletay Yes, and I'm not particularly severe either. I used a microbead pillow in bed, because even laying down, my neck muscles are in use, and a headrest w lateral support on my powerchair. I don't need them much these days though.

@VictorianCHO Thankyou, we need more coverage on #longcovid. As someone with #mecfs I wouldn't wish it, or anything like it, on my worst enemy. At 24 I'm severely disabled, unable to walk, sit upright, stand, work etc. I deeply worry about the long term post viral complications of covid!!
