Phase II of dacomitinib in 30 pts with #EGFR NSCLC & untreated brain metastases @ESMO_Open. Intracranial RR 96.7% (63% complete response), 18m intracranial PFS rate 70%. Overall mPFS 17.5m. 17% G3+ AEs, 83% dose reduction, but none discontinued for AE.
