Sent to Telangana Home Department.

The same department we specifically asked you NOT to send it to.
Because it's a documented closed loop.
Because we've been there.
Because a senior police officer physically threw us out.

@PMOIndia — with all due respect:

Please do not offer a national grievance platform to common citizens if the only function it serves is to redirect their pain back to the system that caused it.

We asked for central intervention. We got a forward and a closed ticket.

My brother's wife filed fake cases, aided by blatant lies on chargesheet by the police officer, my family is trapped in legal suits that stinks of gross negligence, atrocious misconduct and absolute dishonesty.

Despite an ocean of evidences, we're fighting the battle to seek justice. Every Police official of even the highest rank either deflects jurisdiction or gives false promises of transparency, honesty and fair investigation, only to leave is in dark again. We have one too — fully documented, audio recorded, escalated to the PMO and the President.
The villain isn't a person. It's a system that looks away when the victim (rather SURVIVOR) is a man.

In India, it's not manly enough to acknowledge
'Mard ko bhi dard hota hai'.
Especially when my brother's wife filed fake cases, snatched away his baby daughter, made herself look helpless while orchestrating every move to crush him down.
Fortunately for her, the police, society and system makes it too easy to execute this.
Unfortunately for her, my family has unbelievable levels of courage, honesty and grit to fight back, with God in our heart.

The honorable @PMOIndia / @narendramodi & @rashtrapatibhvn have formally acknowledged our petition against the misconduct of a Police officer that led to a pile of legal suits against us. Every officer we've met so far, even of highest rank, has failed us. In our meeting, the DCP interestingly called the IO right away and asked for 'Point to Point' report in 2 days. We were promised the report and action.
It''s been 7.5 months since that report was suppressed as strangely 'confidential' and the DCP, stopped responding. Another DCP did something similar.

Sakhi centres (@Sakhi_Center @Sakhi_Center) are a SCAM in disguise.
In claims of helping, they exploit the husband's situation, heavily biased towards the wife (even if at fault), aid in misuse of law and abuse their power as officers, trap in man in legal battles for several years to come, drain his hard earned savings and even deprive him of his child / children.

Dear @CVAnandIPS Sir, strangely and unfortunately, our experience could not have been more different than all the claims made. It's easy to post PR about 'empowerment' and 'legacy,' but the ground reality is far darker.

You boast about 'reuniting' 6700 couples—but where is the transparency?
- In June, 2025, CDEW (WPS-Begumpet - @tg_womensafety) Officer threatened my brother to accept his wife back or he'll file a case against us. Since my brother refused to succumb, the Investigating Officer lied on chargesheet, created a fabricated FIR, suppressed our ocean of evidences and even refused to give FIR copy.
This is all ON RECORD.
Contrary to your claim, my brother was systematically coerced, intimidated, trapped and given a choice between jail and "reconciliation".

You also celebrate placing women in authority as DCPs to ensure safety.
- Yet, we were blatantly lied to and deliberately misled by two of the Women DCPs.
Appointment means nothing without accountability.
Gender means nothing without integrity.

You boast about CDEW, Bharosa (@bharosahyd), and Sakhi centres (@Sakhi_Center).
In our direct experience, these function as institutionalized extortion centres — where a man's evidence is ignored, his complaints are buried, and he is systematically broken until he gives in.

Where is the 90% "satisfaction rate" for HIM?

Sir, you casually and jokingly advise husbands to just "stay calm, be patient, walk out, and give space to the wives."
- We ask: Are men expected to live in perpetual fear of their own wives? Is your official solution to domestic conflict that a man must simply abandon his own space and walk on eggshells just to avoid being targeted by the very system you oversee?

Attended as the Chief Guest at MEE SURAKSHA – Kalasi Unte Kaladu Sukham, a programme organised by Malkajgiri Police.This initiative is aimed at promoting family harmony, strengthening marital relationships and encouraging the peaceful resolution of family disputes through counselling and mediation.

The programme brought together over 150 reunited couples and their family members whose relationships were restored through the efforts of the CDEW Family Counselling Centres. Their stories stand as a testament to the power of dialogue, empathy and timely intervention in rebuilding trust between the couples.

Spoke about the Govt’s unwavering commitment to the safety, dignity and empowerment of women and children through initiatives such as SHE Teams, Bharosa Centres, Women Police Stations, Anti-Human Trafficking Units, She Shuttles and Family Counselling Centres, which together provide a comprehensive framework of prevention, protection, support and rehabilitation.

In today’s fast-changing society, mutual respect, understanding and support between spouses are essential for a happy and successful family life.

Appreciated the dedicated efforts of counsellors, police personnel, NGOs, legal aid institutions and partner organisations involved in this initiative.

#Bandar aptly reflects how punishment in our country’s system is rarely judgement but the process & experience of court & police itself. Ironically the court & Police are intended to help deliver justice but they make the accused feel the torment in the years of exploring the actual facts. Whether one is guilty or not is secondary (almost unimportant).

My family is currently going through one such battle but with 498A & D.V.C.
My brother’s wife made false complaints. Despite we having ocean of evidences, a dishonest Police officer of @tg_womensafety (WPS-Begumpet) lied on chargesheet, refused & suppressed evidences, filed a case that depicts a clear abuse of power & misuse of law.
If that’s not it, we approached @revanth_anumula @TelanganaCMO @SajjanarVC_IPS @TelanganaDGP @hydcitypolice @TelanganaCOPs among others with a paper trial & evidences but yet to see anything but false promises & deflecting jurisdictions.

As of this week, our petitions by honourable @PMOIndia / @narendramodi (via @TelanganaCS) and @rashtrapatibhvn has been forwarded to Home Department (@Shikhagoel_IPS).

Unfortunately many men give up lives in this battle but we’re fighting with an undying spirit, with an unshakable belief in God, ourselves & the Truth.

P.S: My niece (2.5 years old) has been separated from her father for 18 months. Tomorrow is my brother’s 31st bday, the second since his daughter being snatched away.
