After 2 hours of holding I was able to chat with a manager who could not access ANY information on my claim. It's been 120 days and she told me two more weeks, same story as last time I called.

@IBRnews@PetsBest has the worst customer service. I have now been on hold for 2 hours for a claim I made back in August. Finally, got through and NO help, NO Answers, I heard the same thing 2 weeks ago when I called to check on this claim. Dissatisfied customer!
@PetsBest WOW! 1 hour and 40 minutes on hold to try and complete a claim made back in August! Doesn't look like I am the only dissatisfied customer by the Twitter account
@PetsBest I have been on hold for 1 hour and twenty six minutes! Third time calling, original claim was 8/27. This is ridiculous! Where is your customer service?
