If councils want to levy a congestion charge, they can make the case to their electorates and either be re-elected or chucked out.

You have created waiting list initiatives in orthopaedics but the rest of us are waiting 18-24 months in ENT, audiology, gynaecology …. And 24hr in A&E. if I’m wrong I would love to see evidence of that

I'm delighted that in Scotland, unlike in the rest of the UK, we have avoided doctors' strikes.

We're also now seeing consistent progress in our NHS: more operations, more GPs and falling long waits.

More to do, but that's real progress under the SNP.
