EDISON JONNATHAN DAQUILEMA MINAGUA, 22, of south Minneapolis** was charged late last year with 1st degree criminal sexual conduct involving a minor age 14. The defendant admitted to the conduct, which he said occurred at least twice.

He'd been in custody since February on a conditional release violation but was recently released from custody on zero bail by Judge Sara West.

DAQUILEMA MINAGUA is being represented by a public defender and has requested language interpreters at all of his hearings.

A recent court document states that DAQUILEMA MINAGUA has been employed and works for cash (no taxes collected).
