@Helios_Movement How do you need Omega-3s, when PUFAs are needed for biofilm?
Shouldn't it say " bacteria need unsaturated fat"?
The immunosuppressant effects of Omega-3s are great to make them more invasive.
EFA defficiency makes fungal infections less likely.
@doqholliday Fasting raises cortisol and catecholamines, causes muscle loss, and reduces the liver's capacity to detoxify.
Fasting drops testosterone and androgens sharply, and in women increases aldosterone.
Fasting is ineffective for shrinking belly fat and may actually increase it.
@doqholliday Fasting is touted as a great tool for improving your health, but for people with cancer or candida, taking away glucose can cause them to become more invasive, or even start using protein and fat ( your tissue ) for energy.
For autophagy, consider;
Coffee and aspirin (nuance)
@pikeypilled I would have really loved for people who want to criticize Peat, to actually refute an argument or correct something even if it's a minor thing.
Sadly all I'm seeing is "when I skimmed through his work, I found a hue of nuance" something that Ray surely already mentioned.
@EO_Nutrition Sadly most people would not even be abled to live off of the thiamine in their food, because their tissue is fully PUFA saturated.
Sadly people choose a ketogenic diet, even tho thiamine helps the body actually run on carbs.
Low fat diets would make more Thiamin available.
@terrydavis9281 Progesterone may be protective of the seizures themselves. Maybe Peat talked of this.
Progesterone therapy for cysts and endometriosis and anything like it where there's fibrosis involved, seems like the best thing to do.
@SerbGojo@efinch02@Nimbopill It's literally a chemical castration drug causing men to develop " lost finasteride syndrome"
Can you put together that baldness has become more normal as testosterone AND thyroid health has been steadily declining?
Estrogen for example literally causes hair loss.
@SHEEPSLIVE Not eating a bad diet may feel good for a moment, but the health benefits won't come to people who are already metabolically impaired, and have their tissue filled with unsaturated fats, that cause them to be insulin and energy resistant.
@SerbGojo@efinch02@Nimbopill "post finasteride syndrome" Just think for a second. DHT has been declining every decade, but surely its to blame for low DHT young adults loosing all their hair? Oh yeah it must be because they lack a toxic drug...
