@DivebumChef It’s a huge disservice to treat other vets that way. I have nothing but the utmost respect for the non combat arms trades, without the supply techs or maintainers, et al, our tanks would have just sat idly in MSG, same for the LAVs. Everyone did their part and risked it all

@ToughCallPod Elbowing and high sticking were relatively atypical calls as they are mostly delivered to the head. It is nice that it isn’t called as an automatic 2 and 10 anymore.

@ToughCallPod It will be interesting to see how this evolves with more penalties being deemed head contact, in 8 years of officiating I’ve only ever had one accumulation of the three head contact penalties. For the purpose of the accumulation a double minor only counts as one.

@DirtyLeg79 I know a number of veterans who opt not to celebrate Remembrance Day. We all have our reasons to celebrate, or not, and we all have individual days throughout the year that mean a lot more than one overarching day of remembrance.
