If we allow every man woman and child access to the tech of that time, mass shootings would never happen. Nobody needs a semi-automatic assault weapon for self defense.

The 2nd Ammendment was about public safety from tyranny not individual rights for weapons that hadn't even been invented or foreseen. BTW well-regulated doesn't mean no laws except nowaday

That's why the feds always win. Not because they are better lawyers, but because they don't ever take a losing case
