Today we are thrilled to announce that we are launching @trasiaxyz and have received $1.75M seed stage funding from Multicoin. We are grateful for the strategic support that Multicoin provides in the process.

Trasia is a non-custodial, Asia-first trading platform that was purpose-built to serve Asian traders with localized mobile trading interface. And we’re just getting started: through our upcoming HIP-3 protocol, we'll bring entirely new Asian markets on-chain.

You can already trade ample equity perps on Hyperliquid - most equity perps pairs are more liquid than those on the top centralized exchanges. Yet the vast majority of Asian traders, especially those who live and breathe CEXs, still aren't here. People are looking for a mobile trading experience that has no difference than trading on Binance or OKX, and that’s what we are going to offer: a mobile-app with CEX-like experience. Our team's ample experience building mobile interfaces will empower the delivery.

And the timing couldn't be better. The world is buzzing about CXMT, DeepSeek, and Unitree - but there are 100x more high-quality assets in the region: AI tigers, robotics champions, and the companies that will participate in shaping the next decade. We're extremely bullish that some of these companies will be the engine of regional market growth in the years ahead.

Our team also have deep roots in many local trading communities in the region - many of whom aren't on any DEX, yet. We will match what these traders want with what we offer on our Asia-first HIP-3 markets. It is about the pairs we choose to list, but it’s also about the traders we aim to serve. The market choice and the target audience both matter, and together the flywheel becomes the moat.

CXMT price discovery experiment went better than expected

做 RWA 永续套利的这几个月，运气还算不错。

从最初的黄金、原油，到美股正股 / pre-ipo，再到印钱最疯狂的韩股，这波币圈新资产崛起的红利，算是有幸全程参与其中，见证了历史。

赚了还算看得过去的现金收益的同时，几个没发币和后续要继续空投的 dex 还给了一麻袋没有成本的积分。

而随着玩家们认知的进步、行业基建和市场流动性的逐步成熟，那些能带来暴击收益的 alpha trade ，

例如早期的原油换月，大火箭 $SPCX 的 rebase，韩股海力士 $SKHYNIX 的币圈离谱溢价，这种级别的机会和对应的利润空间会肉眼可见地减少。

所以最近不得不做一些未雨绸缪的事儿：

1. 从过往的套利策略中筛选出几个长期稳定能做的，算算清楚账之后沉淀下来，作为随时躺平的压舱石。

2. 开始养 cex 的号。未来越来越卷的 taker 竞争中，最终大家的利润率和能碰哪些机会，会越来越受限于手续费等级。

这事儿是有飞轮效应的，交易成本越优，能玩的策略就越多，资金的空窗期就越短，带来更大的交易量，手续费等级也就越优。

3. 现金利润的减少，需要在策略中，多融入撸毛来弥补。之前有详细讲过：https://t.co/MswTTgMFaF

4. alpha trade 还是要研究，但现在属于深水区了，不再是过去那种简单题，监控下单的工程能力是其次，主要是对底层资产的理解要求高，好在我有思维敏捷的年轻人 @Boywus 带我。

5. 新市场可能还会给新机会，币圈 so far 还没完整开垦出来的沃土，还剩缅 A 和港股，所以提前布局了下姐妹 @mablejiang 的 HIP-3 创业项目 @trasiaxyz 。
