Can anyone credibly argue that PSG defeating a team that cost €1billion in transfer-fee commitments and voluntarily chose to play that way was anything other than a win for football?
Paris Saint-Germain deservedly become the first club other than Real Madrid to win back-to-back European Cups in 36 years.

At some point, senior Premier League execs have to offer a proper explanation in public for their leniency towards Chelsea. They owe an explanation to fans of clubs punished more harshly. They owe an explanation to those clubs who did abide by the rules. They have to offer some explanation as to why PSR breaches are deemed far more serious than acts of "deception and concealment".
