@MartinSLewis We are tenants, have recently had completed eco4 works, we were lucky to get in before the cut off, our energy bills are massively different now (not by £1 or £2 but £100s per month Dec/Jan). We are very lucky to have had that work done and these schemes do work in some cases

@HMRCcustomers could you possibly clarify, upon entering the UK, the other goods personal allowance just for tax free purchases or all purchases? Ie if I buy a £399 watch in the eu, & do not claim the tax back, would I have to declare this (nb I’ve already paid tax at source)?
