Transnet and the SIU have filed papers with the JHB high court to have the 2015/16 interest rate swaps with Nedbank set aside. Transnet wants Nedbank to #PayBackTheMoney to the tune of R2.7-billion.

Selby Kantuchiza is an illegal Zimbabwean foreigner who was deported from UK, he is qualified as an English teacher, however, upon arrival in South Africa he dated the lady on the right Julian Qedizindaba Mthombeni who is an HOD in Biomedical Science at UJ. Selby Kantuchiza was illegally appointed during lockdown.
Kantuchiza was awarded a Master's Degree in Biomedical Science without basic qualifications not while he does not have any form of legal documentation to be in South Africa.
Julian further illegally employed three of her sons in her department, Luyanda Mthombeni who have no qualifications followed by her twins Daniel and Danielle Owiredu, whose father is a foreigner.
