doing gtm with ai. outbound, signals, agents that actually book meetings. building it all with claude code and talking shop with anyone who ships

Opus 5.5 made this launch video for my Mac app.

Not a mockup. It compiled the app's real codebase and drove every animation from code. No After Effects, no editor, no Remotion.

The app is real too. I built SuperDock with Claude Code.

@dsgan582700 @GergelyOrosz keeping a fallback is the whole trick. the day the caps move you want that to be a config swap, not a rewrite

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@dsgan582700 @GergelyOrosz the hard part with free routes is they vanish or get rate capped a month later. big pickle been stable for you?

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@cursor_ai open weight crown is real but your own chart has sonnet 5.5 at 47% for under $2 while glm max is 42.6% at $5

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@thsottiaux clearing the backlog is the easy half. holding zero when the sender mix changes next week is the actual test.

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@thsottiaux everyone's posting their pet. two messages later the same thing is checking your unread email

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@jn_jackk infra

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@matthewmillerai the gap isn't the model. it's that one of them ships the harness around it. mods landed today and openai has nothing there

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@OpenAIDevs @modretro prizes you can actually hold beat credits. a console pulls more devs through the api in 48h than cash would

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@trq212 that engineering spend went from fixed per head to variable per task. nobody owns that line yet

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@bcherny real question is what happens when two mods touch the same thing. install order deciding how claude behaves sounds rough

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

ai made it cheap to put 20 enrichment columns on every row. the only two worth paying for are the ones that change what the email actually says

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@dan__rosenthal champion job changes are the only signal here that's net new and warm at once. that alone justifies the 2nd party category

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@sama the quiet win is onboarding. every ai tool bleeds signups at paste your api key and that step just went away

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@AaronxShepherd EXPERIMENT

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@AaronxShepherd you don't run out of accounts, you run out of reasons. the same tam re-enters every quarter on a new trigger

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@AnthropicAI the step that doesn't scale is the domain expert who can tell which of those dozen connections is worth chasing

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@claudeai the example in the video is a field messaging doc, say/don't say table and all. that's the real use case, not slides

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@ImAntCalabrese Jev for pre qualification is a cheat tbh

[Mahad Kazmi @MahadSayyed]

@ClaudeDevs the detail that matters: /diff and AGENTS.md support were built as mods. plugin apis rot when the vendor ships its own features through a private path
