@AsyncCollab @levie It's going to blow your mind when you learn that misdiagnosis has an absolutely minimal impact on real clinical outcomes for the vast majority of people. Out of a hundred pts I have with T2DM, maybe a dozen actually eat well and take their meds, and their A1c's are great.
