Not all is included. Your solicitors quote which comes after states that you receive referral fee of over £400 and that I should been made aware of. This is nowhere in your T&Cs and I have not been informed about this. Your agent skips the important parts when signing up

BEWARE of @Purplebricks_CS - Decided just 5 hours later to instruct our own solicitor for conveyancing and have been charged a £360 admin fee ! Not even a conversation or gesture to compensate. Disgusting !
