@TMFScottP If you go to the Gattan report, it’s state planning which is at heart of lack of housing supply. Feds don’t control that, so we get rubbish policy instead of fixing real issue.
@Andrew_Godman@AvidCommentator You don’t have to apply for it and it doesn’t have a fixed term like temp Visa. If you a buy a property, you don’t need FIRB approval like temp visa holders do.
@Andrew_Godman@AvidCommentator A 444 gives you ongoing special residency status. As opposed to a temporary VISA which allows you into Australia for a fixed term. I am not sure if it would apply to buyers living overseas or foreign nationals living in here Australia.
@TMFScottP No matter how bad Albo is, I can’t bring myself to vote for a person who doesn’t support women and is also anti New Zealanders. (Double whammy) This copy cat populist rhetoric just shows how poor a leader he is.
Biggest broken promise from Labor, from a finance broker's perspective: failing to legislate BNPL under NCCP. Clients relying on easy credit to stay afloat, and wasted hours trying to get documentation on credit products which don't comply. #BNPL#FinanceRegulation
@matt_barrie The issues are both federal and state govt. WA's domestic gas policy has largely sheltered us from expensive power costs. - Why didn't that happen over East?
