The Free State MEC for Education, Dr Mamiki Maboya, condemns the brutal attack on a 62-year-old female teacher from Teto Secondary School in Thabong, Welkom. The horrific incident allegedly occurred earlier this week after school hours, at her private residence in Dagbreek. Allegedly, a Grade 11 learner from the school hid in the teacher's home and stabbed her multiple times in the head and hands with a sharp object. The educator is currently receiving medical attention in hospital.
