Hello @JDhelpteam
My blue light card app states I get 20% off all purchases, but my local store said they didn’t have that option at the till.

Please advise how I can obtain the 20% discount that I am entitled to on my purchases today.

I am not happy about this.

Hi @Gary Mum says ‘hi’. Hope you are well.

[Mandy Havens @MandyHavens]

@MathisJohnny will you be coming to the UK to have a concert ?
My Mum is a huge fan and her wish is to see you live.

@virginmedia All I want to do is chanhe ownership, and this has been going on for allost a month now.
We were both given incorrect advice in the beginning, and had we have known we would never have agreed.
That is only part of our frustrations. When using the chat function it can take hours🤬

[Mandy Havens @MandyHavens]

@virginmedia I have been in a five hour chat, had three agents end their shifts, & the problem is only half resolved. The last agent change was at 20:00 and I am still waiting 45 minutes further. This is Ridiculous ! I am not happy, & I am seriously considering leaving Virgin🤬

@TworandN As a Brit living in Belgium,I could see from the outside what was happening.
I was afraid of all the small print, and now that small print scares the living bejesus out if me.I cannot even bring a cheese sandwich back with me,let alone the kilos of Red Leicester that I used to 😢

I think everyone could use a lighthearted/happy story right now so here goes:

At the beginning of the pandemic I went through some painful personal stuff and would often go out at night for long walks because no one was around and I couldn’t sleep anyway. One night I was walking

@Lamb_Tales Same. Saw it on FB and it reduced me to a weeping wreck. I sleep with pictures of my daughter and my dog right beside me. Tough times.

When we were kids and had ‘go home’ said to us (by grown ups) or ‘pakis’ , there was no social media. We didn’t know that most folk would’ve stood up for us, that they didn’t share the thugs sentiments. I’m happy kids in this Tower Block can witness and feel this solidarity
